A helping hand

During these challenging times, you may be in need of a helping hand. If so, Counterpoint Community Services can help. The organisation has put together a flexible response team of “mates” to assist you if you’re significantly affected by COVID-19.

Funded by the City of Sydney, the Flexible Errand Project grant is delivering the following services: job-seeking assistance; emotional and counselling support; collection of essential shopping, medicines and other household items; help with navigating and accessing online services; support and wellbeing checks; assistance to access other supports; assistance with small tasks around the house; and support for personal growth, education and development.

Counterpoint will do a simple assessment for the best way to assist you as this service is for community members in the City of Sydney’s local government area who are identified with “priority needs”. So, if you or anyone you know needs assistance call (02) 9698 9569.
