ISV is the funded Sector Development agency for all Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) funded organisations for Central and Eastern Sydney. We support initiatives and services delivery to children and families, particularly those identified as significantly at risk.
Inner Sydney Voice is funded by the NSW Department of Communities and Justice, as the Target Early Intervention Program Sector Development Agency for Central and Eastern Sydney, to empower children, families and youth sector organisations and increase social and community involvement. We work to improve service coordination and integration to ensure appropriate and culturally responsive services that provide quality assessment, triage and responses for children and their families.
We do this through interagency collaboration and communities of practice. We organise relevant engagement events, involving the sector and their clients to raise awareness of key issues. This, along with tailored skills development towards local area needs, by evidencing and highlighting the work carried out by organisations and promoting key issues and gaps in services, and providing easy access to localised, formal and informal networks and information, is our way of empowering the children, families, and youth sector.
