Over the past few years, frontline workers have supported our communities through lockdowns, loneliness, housing stress, rising costs of living, and unprecedented demand. And still, they showed up.
Often underpaid, undervalued, and predominantly carried out by women, this work forms the critical social infrastructure that holds communities together, especially in times of crisis.
