The Regional Aged Care Symposium is a one‑day, in‑person event bringing together in‑home aged care and community organisations from Inner Sydney, Western Sydney, the Central Coast and the Illawarra.
Participants will attend their local regional hub, with all hubs connected online to create a shared symposium experience across NSW. The symposium focuses on the practical realities of aged care reform, providing an opportunity for providers to explore common challenges, share evidence‑informed practice, and strengthen regional collaboration.
The event will feature a keynote address from Senior Australian of the Year Professor Henry Brodaty AO, an address from Jean Kitson and a presentation from The Hon. Jodie Harrison MP.
This is a no-cost event and includes lunch and refreshments.
