Conflicts of interest can be seen as an emotional and controversial area of compliance and organisational management. However, the requirement for actively managing conflicts is to ensure total transparency, as failure to identify and address conflicts of interest is no longer acceptable.
This 60-minute session provides an overview of both internal and external conflicts of interest. Jenni will share some practical examples of how to think about and understand the conflicts we have on a daily basis between our roles, our organisation and our stakeholders.
