The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives. Building and maintaining personal resilience and wellbeing has never been more important. More Australians have been drinking since the pandemic began. This free online seminar will help you understand why our attitudes and behaviours  towards alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs have changed.

The seminar will help you: build resilience; understand how stress, worry and anxiety can affect your mind and body; learn about the science behind the strategies that help to build your resilience; and practice simple and effective techniques to help develop your resilience.
